    $15 6ft partial pull (no standing) / $30 12ft full pull (standing ok)

    One pull of one colored paper backdrop of your choice. A $15 6 ft partial pull allows the backdrop to be pulled behind you without standing. A $30 12ft pull allows you to pull the backdrop all the way under your feet so you can sit/stand on it.

  • Fresh Repaint

    $50 flat fee

    We thoroughly clean the wall between shoots. But if you’d like the wall perfectly white we can have it freshly repainted before your shoot.

  • HD Projector

    $50 flat fee

    HD projector with HDMI in to project visuals onto the walls.

    Note: If you are using projector during the day we highly recommend adding the skylight cover or else projector will be very faint in the bright studio. During the night it will have no problems.

    Note : projector and power cable only - please bring whichever cable your laptop or device is compatible with for HDMI in, example USB-C to HDMI in.

  • Skylight Cover

    $50 flat fee

    Don’t want natural light? We can cover the skylight so the studio will be dark.

    Note: We need 24 hour notice to accommodate this. We can not cover during your shoot.

  • Smoke Machine

    $50 flat fee

    Smoke machine rental including one full tank of fog.

  • Vehicle Shoot

    $150 fee + $500 deposit

    This flat fee covers multiple repaints and cleaning after the shoot. We also require a $500 refundable deposit in case of any damage to our cyc wall or studio.

  • Studio Visit

    $35 flat fee

    Need to visit the studio before your shoot? This visit covers 30mins in the studio to check out the space.

    Note: Check out the video walk through! If you would like to see the studio before you book please email us and we will schedule a time. You can also add this to a booking if you wanted to see the studio before your shoot.

  • Cannabis

    $50 flat fee

    No we don’t supply the weed. But if you choose to smoke in the studio, this will cover additional time for us to air out and deep clean the studio.

    Note: Tobacco is still 100% prohibited inside the studio.

THE STUDIO

1200 sq. ft. natural daylight studio available for photo & video productions, meetings and events in the city of Orange, Orange County CA.

With a large moonroof the main space is flooded with natural light throughout the day as well as a warehouse door that opens up to a white wall that reflects even more light to give your shoot ample amount of natural light.

The Cyc wall is 19 feet deep and 12 feet tall. One wall is 15 feet long the other is 17 feet long.

The skylight can also be covered to make the studio dark which is perfect for colored lights, projecting etc.

NOTE: the studio is not silent, there is some noise from passing semi trucks and cars as well as neighbors.

INFO & RULES

SET UP AND TEAR DOWN

Please note: Set up and tear down time must take place during your booked time. We book multiple shoots a day and you will need to depart from the studio in the condition you left it in at the end of the time you booked. If you need more time please let us know ASAP. With proper notice we can accommodate but on the day of the shoot, if it does not conflict with another booking that day, time will be charged at a 1.5x rate.

CANCELLATIONS

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. If you would like to reschedule your booking inside the 7 days before your event start time it is a $100 flat fee.

We can accommodate 24/7 please email or call if you would like to book outside of above hours.

By appointment only. If you would like to check out the spot please book a consultation. Under no circumstances show up while a photoshoot is booked.

 STUDIO RULES

1. DO NOT DRAG ITEMS ON THE FLOOR.

Any items without wheels should be carried and placed. The walls and floors are painted/touched-up twice every month, that said we do appreciate your help in keeping the walls and floors in good condition -- please be cautious. If you need the floor in pristine condition, please alert us and we will re-paint the floor specifically for your shoot for $50. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you'd like this service.

2. NO GLITTER, CONFETTI, PAINT, SMOKE, FIRE, ALCOHOL.

If you have a special project, we will be happy to discuss it. -$300 cleaning fee will apply for Glitter, confetti and paint.

3. HANDLE EQUIPMENT SAFELY.

It’s important that anyone operating any equipment know what they are doing. If you’re not sure about something please ask first. We are happy to help out and provide operating instructions as needed. Equipment is thoroughly tested and checked before and after every studio rental. Please note, you are responsible for all photo equipment during your session. You will be billed for the full replacement and/or repair costs for any and all items that are damaged, broken, or stolen.

4. RESPECT THE SPACE.

Leave the studio in the same condition you found it in. You will be billed for the full replacement and/or repair costs for any and all studio furnishing that are damaged, broken, or stolen.

5. DO NOT HANG ITEMS.

Do not attempt to hang any item from the ceiling pipes and sprinkler system, this is STRICTLY prohibited and very dangerous. Also, do not nail items into the wall. You may only use paper tape to adhere pictures or paper to the walls, any other tape may damage the drywall. If you'd like to use the space as a gallery, please notify us, we can help you and make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

6. HANDLE YOUR TRASH THOUGHTFULLY.

Double-bag your trash, do not overfill — move tied bags to the kitchen area, we will handle removal. Do not place trash in front of the building — any fines incurred will be transferred to your final billing.

7. TIME MANAGE.

It is your responsibility to keep track, and wrap up at a reasonable time in order to avoid overages. Overtime is billed at a rate of 1.5x the standard hourly rate. If you think you’ll need extra time, be sure to contact us immediately for an extension at the normal hourly rate.

ENHANCED CLEANING MEASURES

  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC

  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space

  • Hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

  • Clean common area

  • We clean and disinfect before and after each visit and limit our guests to no more than 10.

  • $25 cleaning fee goes to the material and time for us to disinfect as well as wall maintenance
